6. Insurance and Liability

7. Payment and Fees
Payment terms:
- Rental charges are calculated on a 24-hour basis
- Security deposits are held and released after vehicle return

8. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
- Cancellation within 48 hours incurs a 50% charge
- No-shows are charged in full
